Registering a licence

In some countries, the registration or recording of a licence agreement in the relevant registers results in third-party effect. Through the registration of the agreement, third parties are deemed to have been informed of the existence of the agreement.

Arnold + Siedsma can register the agreement in any of the countries for which the licence is in force, provided that a corresponding facility exists in the country concerned. Arnold + Siedsma will take charge of the administrative procedure associated with the registration and minimise the burden on you.

It is of course also beneficial to arrange for Arnold + Siedsma to draw up the licence. The registration facility and the enforcement thereof will already be taken into account when the licence is drawn up.
