With one registration at the European Trademark Office (OHIM) inAlicante, Spain, it is possible to obtain a Community design. A Community registration is regarded as a single entity (all or nothing) and offers protection in all 27 EU member states. In addition, a certain level of protection is available in Europe for a non-registered design.
