Duration of the procedure

The duration of the registration procedure for a trademark can vary, in most cases between three and six months, but sometimes the procedure may take several years. In all cases, the filing date in principle determines which registration is the oldest. Therefore, no matter how long the registration procedure lasts, this will not affect your position in relation to other trademark applications
