She also carries out national and international trademark searches on a regular basis. Sandra supports a trademark from filing through to registration. She monitors and manages portfolios worldwide.
Sandra has many years’ experience in trademark matters with an American multinational specialising in chemistry. She was responsible for the management of a substantial trademark portfolio worldwide. She was not only closely involved in the creation of trademarks, rebranding projects and the analysis and restructuring of trademark portfolios, but also, due to the many takeovers, she also has very extensive experience of transfers.
Sandra also advises on a variety of opposition matters, infringement and enforcement cases and domain name conflicts.
